Terms of Service
General Terms
1. I have the rights to refuse your order if I am too busy or due to medical reasons.
2. The order will be canceled if you don't pay it in the agreed amount of time.
3. You, as client, can cancel the request at anytime.
4. The finished artwork will be uploaded on my Patreon and Ko-fi, watermarked. If the client wishes, I can upload it to Instagram and deviantArt too.
5. Please do not rush me. I am a slow artist and I want to make the art as good and possible.
6. NSFW orders can only be ordered by clients over 18 years old. If I suspect the client is younger than 18, I will cancel the request automatically.
7. You, as client, can contact me anytime you want to know about the status of your order. Please contact me via DM on Instagram, deviantArt or Patreon. Links down bellow.

Delivery and Image rights
a) You as client can make minor edit to the completed order(crop it, add text / borders, adding effects - change brightness, contrast, hues, saturation...)
b) You can use or reupload the finished commission for personal use, but only with proper credit to me. Link back to any of my social media.
c) Don't claim the finished art as yours, regarding the edits you made to it.
d) I will not claim the characters present in the finished art as being mine, unless you required one of my characters present as well.
> All orders will be delivered digitally. There will be no hard copies send.
> All orders will be made in the selected art style from the form.
> All orders will be .PNG saved and sent to client. Canvas size usually is between 1000px and 3000px.
> All orders will be sent via email with the .PNG file attached
> Unless specified not to be publicly uploaded, all orders will be posted on my social media.
Payment, Process, Refunds
! Payment will be done after the client approves the sketch. The deadline for the payment will be discussed at this stage too.
! Payment will be done via PayPal or deviantArt points.
! Payment will be done in either USD or Euro.
! Payment will be done via invoices. For this I'll need the client's PayPal e-mail - if you choose this method. For dA point the client will find the donation pool on my dA profile.
? Check out the Forms you need to fill in before you send the email to me.
? After you send the email, please wait for my response for at least a day (24 hours from the time you sent the email).
? Once I reply to the client accepting the order, wait for the sketch. This is the only stage where modifications will be done.
? Once the client approves the sketch, we'll discuss the deadline for the payment.
? The payment must be done before I finish the piece of work. I will keep the client updates with my progress via email.
? When finished, the client will receive the artwork via email.
- If the client cancels the order for any reason after the sketching phase, he will receive partial refund as follows:
65% if in the lineart stage
50% if in coloring stage
30% if in shading stage
20% if in finishing touches stage
- If I cancel the order, the client will receive full refund + .PNG file of whatever progress has been completed.
- Refund will be given within 72 hours after correspondence.
- The client will not be refunded if they are not satisfied with the end result.
If the client is unsatisfied with the art, I am willing to make minor adjustments (adjusting colors, effects), up to two times after the correspondence. Any desired major revisions (reposing, color scheme change) will be rejected.
The only major revisions permitted are details that I may have missed and was specified by the client in the order form / correspondence while the order was still in the sketching / lineart phase.
